Harnett co. Halloween Paddle

Join us for a kickoff event for both the Harnett County Chapter of TRLT and the Campbell Collegiate Chapter of TRLT on a 5-mile paddle along the Cape Fear River. 

When: Saturday, October 31st from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM 

Where: Meet at the Mermaid Point Restaurant in Lillington (100 S Main St, Lillington, NC 27546)

Put-in: Cape Fear River Adventures (same address as above) 

Take-out: Campbell University Wiggins House (once we take out, shuttles will drive us back to Lillington to initial put-in location)

-Halloween attire encouraged! Prizes will be given out for the best costumes! 

-There will be beverages at the Back Nine Tour to quench your thirst and a bathroom!

We will have a pitstop and take out our boats at Campbell University’s gorgeous “Back Nine” and have a short tour, and brief info session about Three Rivers Land Trust, and our emerging chapters in Harnett County – then hop back in our boats to finish the paddle! 

This paddle is classified as easy to moderately easy and largely flatwater.

Please Bring a mask and wear it when social distancing is not possible!
