39.8 acre Conservation Easement
The Rowan County Property was protected via conservation easement in 2001. As a part of the Grant’s Creek Project, the property provides over one mile of riparian buffer against the adjacent airport and upland development. It also serves as an important wildlife corridor in a rapidly growing section of Rowan County.
