The Berger Property is an 85-acre wetland restoration property in western Rowan County. The site was converted from fallow farm fields back to its original hydrologic nature prior to being gifted to The LandTrust. The conversion involved the clearing of invasive vegetation and planting of native, bottomland hardwoods that will thrive in the newly create hydrologic conditions.
