Three Rivers Land Trust offers multiple options for membership and donations! You can become a member of The Land Trust with a donation of $35 or more.
The world is a very busy place. At The Land Trust, we realize our members and contributors are active, informed and engaged members of our society. Exactly the kinds of folks that help make our organization dynamic, relevant, and successful! With that in mind, our new focus on convenient giving is intended to help make good use of your time. After all, our ultimate goal is not only to save the places you love, but to help increase your opportunities to enjoy them! Here’s how!
Online donations are quick, simple and easy. Your online gift is easily customized to suit your preferences. The level and frequency of giving is completely up to you. We’ll also be certain to acknowledge honorariums, memorials, anonymous, or restricted gifts. Based on your expectations, Three Rivers Land Trust will provide charitable donation receipts on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Just let us know the level of accommodation and financial documentation that meets your needs! Complete your membership and donation and join The Land Trust in “Saving the Places You Love!”
As a private, nonprofit organization, Three Rivers Land Trust is funded through the generous support of our donors. With 501 (c) (3) status, all donations to the Land Trust qualify for maximum tax deductions. The donations of people just like you are what allow us to continue “Saving the Places You Love.”

Workplace Giving is an opportunity to involve friends and coworkers. Three Rivers Land Trust recently became affiliated with EarthShare NC – a coalition of 70 like-minded organizations working to improve North Carolina’s environment. The workplace giving program allows participants to establish a payroll deduction program with 100% of the employee contribution accruing to the environmental non-profit agency of their choice. Of course, we’d like to suggest that participants identify The Land Trust as the recipient agency, but we recognize we’re all in this together! Please contact Michael Nye at The Land Trust office (704) 647-0302 to learn how simple it is for your company or employer to participate in EarthShare NC.
