2020 Pee Dee Wildlife Refuge Bird Hike

Join us for a guided birding trip at Pee Dee National Wildlife Refuge on Friday, January 24th. Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to observe migratory waterfowl while they make the refuge their winter home, including access to areas of the refuge that are typically closed to the public. This is a great chance to see migratory birds such as black ducks, ring-necked ducks, mallards, and Canada geese. Spaces are limited so sign up today. Check out this article from Director of Conservation, Crystal Cockman, for some history on the Refuge and what bird species you can spot there!

We will meet at 7am at the PDNWR office (5770 US-52, Wadesboro, NC 28170).

Call 704-647-0302 or email crystal@threeriverslandtrust.org with any questions.
